Protect your decision-making zone: Block out time in your day when your energy is highest to make key decisions (don’t leave them for when you're drained).
Reduce noise: Turn off notifications. Leadership requires clarity, and clarity requires space.
Say less, listen more: Your presence speaks louder than your words. Calm is contagious.
Write it down: When your head’s spinning, don’t keep it all inside. Write it down, organize it, and prioritize it.
