This month strengthens how hiring decisions are made. We examine tools, processes, and decision-making approaches that reduce bias, improve consistency, and raise the overall quality of hires so leaders feel confident in who they bring into the business. 

Retention - Engagement and Performance

This month clarifies how talent is evaluated and where leadership time is invested, with a focus on engaging high performers and intentionally developing your people. 

Retention -  Growth and Career Paths

This month shifts the conversation from retention to opportunity. We explore how organizations create real paths for growth through upskilling, development, and internal movement so people can see a future inside the organization.   

Succession Planning - Building the Next Level

This month looks forward. We focus on identifying and developing future leaders. Covers mentoring, coaching, and practical ways to reduce dependency on a few key individuals. 

Retirement and Legacy – Ending Well

This month reframes how organizations handle transitions. We discuss ways to preserve institutional knowledge, create thoughtful exits, and turn retiring employees into long term ambassadors and contributors.

As a Certified Topgrading Coach, she is focused on supporting CEO's in the implementation of Topgrading best practices, increasing efficiency, reducing cost, and executing business objectives in rapid mode.  Jennie is currently the Curator of Exceptional Employee Experiences at Advanced Roofing, an award winning, employee owned roofing organization in Florida
